If you have an NHRA number use this number for any and all cars you have that YOU drive. If you were given a number from another track, you are welcome to use that number. If you have never raced and NEED a number, we can give you one or you can make up a number (no more than 5 letters/number combo). It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you get an NHRA Number/Be an NHRA Member. The insurance is more than worth the cost!

End times are not pre-determined and are dependent on how many cars are onsite for the event.
This is determined each day and will be posted at the She-Shed, Front Office and posted on Facebook as soon as it is available the morning of the race.
Please go to the event and click on it for more information. You can pay for the events online by clicking on the shop link.
We accept cash, and debit/credit cards. There is NO ATM on site.
Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash and you pick up after them.
Download the Drag Racing Weather App and go to Julesburg Dragstrip for all kinds of information.
Sorry, everyone but we don’t have a direct connection to Mother Nature. We can look at the apps and see the same thing you do. We will make any changes/cancellations due to weather and notify everyone as quickly as we can through all channels that we have- usually Facebook. A notice will also be posted on the website.
These can be found in the “About” section on Facebook or on the website under here.
We are currently limited to 7.50 for the 2024 season. Due to Julesburg still being an active airport; the walls cannot be adjacent to the track surface.
It is 92.7 on an FM radio only.
Tech is at the back of the staging lanes by the big Julesburg Dragstrip sign.
Anytime you are on the track racing, YOU MUST WEAR A HELMET. This is a track rule.
If you break during time trials or eliminations and you will not be able to continue for the day, please let someone in the Front Office, Staging Lanes, or Computer Tower know before you leave so we can take you out of the car count.
If you broke and are in POINTS. You must be on grounds, with your car and have a completed tech card turned in for you to receive attendance points. This will be the racer’s responsibility.
We have Methanol, 112, 110, and E85 available to purchase at the track. You must provide your own fuel-approved container to put it in.
This always depends on car count. It is NOT an OPEN FORMAT. Please listen to the PA to be called to the lanes. This helps with keeping things organized as we only have 5 staging lanes.
Please refer to the NHRA rule book. If you still have questions after that, please ask a tech for clarification. The Head Tech will have the final say.
